48 hours of cold temps before we hit 50 again
Limited sunshine will be with us as we go through the afternoon, temperatures will also be much colder than the past several days with highs in the low to mid 30s. Wind chill values will stay in the 20s today.
A passing flurry can’t be ruled out this afternoon and evening. No widespread accumulation is expected and any flurries will be done by the pre-dawn hours on Saturday.
Saturday will be another cold day, but we’re right back up to 50 again on Sunday with increasing clouds during the afternoon. Rain showers will arrive Sunday night and Monday but we’ll be dry for the tailgaters before the Colts game on Sunday.
Much of Christmas week will be above average and we’ll carry almost a daily chance for rain. Temperatures won’t be cold enough Christmas week to support snow.
