Indianapolis police search for suspect in Chase Bank robbery on near north side
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (November 10, 2015) — Officers are searching for a suspect who robbed a Chase Bank at North Illinois Street and West 16th Street Tuesday around 9:30 a.m.
According to police, a male suspect approached a bank teller at the window with a handwritten note. The note said, “I don’t want to hurt anyone just give me the money.”
The bank teller then gave the suspect money from the drawer, and the suspect fled the scene on foot. It is unknown at this time how much money the suspect got away with.
