IMPD officer was under legal limit during fatal crash, sources say
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Sept. 28, 2015)– Sources tell CBS4 Indy that Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officer Bernardo Zavalza was under the legal when he struck and killed a pedestrian in his department-issued car.
