INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Sept. 11, 2015) - Colts fans kicked off the 2015 season with entertainment and fun for the whole family downtown Friday night.

The 3rd annual Colts Kickoff Concert drew crowds of fans in a sea of blue and white. Colts cheerleaders and junior cheerleaders performed, getting the crowd pumped and energized for the night. Colts mascot Blue made an appearance as well.

Musical performances highlighted the night. Clayton Anderson, Horse Feathers, and Georgia Satellites took the stage. Colts gear, tickets, and signed memorabilia were part of a massive giveaway contest.

The event is a crowd favorite to kick off the season.

"We’re just a couple days away now, finally and I can just see it in fans eyes they are just excited. They can’t wait for Sunday to be here. Even though we’re on the road, you can just feel the energy," said Stephanie Pemberton with the Indianapolis Colts.

Colts fan Shawn Cantlon and his wife, Laura were excited to sport their Colts blue and white for the event.

"It's great for the city and it's great for the people who may not make a lot of games and it gets the season started," he said.

Colts season ticket holder, Tosh Troglen, was excited for the free family friendly event and has high expectations for the season to come.

"It seems like mid season buzz and the season hasn't even stared yet."

The Colts take on the Buffalo Bills in New York on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
