INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Sept. 9, 2015) – The former director of Jared Fogle’s Jared Foundation will be sentenced in December.

Russell Taylor pleaded guilty last week to child pornography and child exploitation charges. As part of the plea agreement, he agreed not to ask for a sentence of less than 15 years. Federal prosecutors can ask for a maximum sentence of 35 years. Taylor’s sentencing is set for Dec. 10, according to online court records.

Taylor is accused of videotaping minors without their consent using cameras he’d hidden inside his home. Investigators said he showed the videos to Fogle in addition to other images and videos of child pornography.

Fogle, the former spokesman for Subway, also agreed to a plea deal. He’s scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 19. Fogle is charged with distributing and receiving child pornography and conspiracy to distribute. In addition, he’s accused of paying for sex with minors.
